6- CHALLENGES:

  • Limited market for our vegetable produce due to high numbers of farmers producing the same crops.
  • Lack of Means of Transport especially Four wheel! This one would have help us much in transporting our produce to a main Market like Kapoeta or even up to Juba were we can able to sell in good price.
  • Domestic and bush animals encroaching our garden several times although for Domestic we normally talked to the owner.
  • Some parts of Sorghum field was attacked and affected by army warm.

7- RECOMMENDATION:

  • Better to have our own means of Transport like four wheels motor vehicle which may help us to transport our produce either to Kenya or Juba were we can able to sell in a good price.
  • Provision of improved equipment such as Tractor with ploughs and Trailer which can help us to cultivate in large hectares.

8- CONCLUSION:

We continue and not got tied of appreciating Takanori for his blessed ideas for starting this sustainable system. We promise to cooperate with you and we humbly ask our Almighty God for his protection towards our journey to support this young vulurable South Sudanese.
