PART 1: INTRODUCTION

Agriculture initiative in South Sudan was opened in year 2020 by the help of Kashino funds from Japan with intention of improving the life of vulnerable children staying in St Daniel Comboni Boys Primary school Narus, Eastern Equatorial state Kapoeta East.

PART 2: APPRECIATION:

We are still continuing extending our gratitude with the words of thank to your organisation ( Eirene Organisation) for the great generosity you have towards these young vulurable South Sudanese, especially for assisting us to opened this sustainable system ( Agricultural projects) to improve the life of poor children within our community, we are so grateful for the support and we continue pray to God for his protection and guidance in this project.

PART 3: BRIEF & CONCISE REPORT:

We're very happy to inform you that our work here are going successfully
although there are some difficulties We're facing but is normal,hoping next time it will improve.
We still thank you for this project you founded,we are so glad that this project has brought many great impact in the life of direct and indirect beneficiaries,of which it will be better if we continue operating the same project,we have hope in future our beneficiaries will be a responsible and helpful people around the world.

PART 4: GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY FOR 

AMOUNT OF 119,750KES:
1- TOOLS & PESTICIDE = 72,575KES.
2- TRANSPORTATION   = 13,750KES.
3- MOTIVATION OF
     WORKERS                  = 16,713KES.

    * Thirt time                 =    7,212KES.
Amount sent and received = 119,750KES.
Amount used                        = 119,750KES.

PART 5: ACHIEVEMENT,CHALLENGES AND WAYS FORWARD:

ACHIEVEMENT:

-  Transplanting of greens (Sukuma wiki) 
    from nursery bed is done,I refer you to 
    below photos.
-  On going growing of vegetables ( cowpea
-  Morale booting of the workers & children.
-  Constant balance diet to the children.
-  23 ant Hills were killed.
-  Good control of Termites or pest.
-  Creating peace and good relationship 
   among the tribes and communities.
-  Encouraging youths to be busy and self 
   reliance.
TO ADD ON: This project is improving the life of some disabilities and widows.we refers you to below photo of a disabled young man whose one Leg was cut by LANDMINE during war.Now he gained courage to learn from us how to grow vegetables to sustain his life and now is doing well outside the community after getting knowledge from us.

CHALLENGES:

-  Hot climate.
-  Seconds lockdown of Covid-19 pandemic
   virus in South Sudan.
-  Inadequate numbers of tools & pesticide.
-  Motivation funds.

WAYS FORWARD:

-  Needs for more agricultural tools and 
   Pesticides.
-  Constant planting of greens vegetables.
-  Timing of climate will help us in smooth 
   running of the project.
-  Motivation of the helpers.

CONCLUSION:

We can't get tied to appreciate you and your friends, we still continue thanking you and your friends for making our project what it's currently.we pledge to cooperate with you and we pray May Almighty God lay his protective healing hand upon you and have a lovely long life.
