1-    TITLE:

Agricultural working project.

2-    BRIEF INTRODUCTION:

Agriculture initiative in South Sudan was opened year 2020 August 28th by the help of Eirene kashino in Japan.

3-   ACTIVITIES DONE IN SHUKUMA GARDEN:

- Second & third weeding.
- External pest prevention done with local method using liquid red paper.
- New nursery bed ongoing preparation for next planting.
COWPEAS GARDEN:
- Land preparation done.
- Planting of seeds.
- Pest prevention done using Ashes.
- Weeding done.
- Harvesting in some plots.

4-    PLANS ACTIVITIES:

- Cultivating 3 hectares for serial crops and one hectare for vegetables.
- Erecting one Temporary store ( 2×3m square).
- Constant growing of vegetables. 
- Fencing of greens garden using thorns trees.

5-     ACHIEVEMENT:

- 12kgs of cowpeas seeds produced.
- 37,310 SSP generated within 2weeks after the partial released of Covid-19 lockdown.
- 3 sucks of dry greens park and kept in the store.

6-     CHALLENGES:

- Shortage of water after the storm spoil our water tank.
- Domestic animals entering in the greens garden and destroyed our vegetable.
- School borehole has some problems.
- Thief entering and stealing our greens.
- Inflation of high price in the market.
- Inadequate numbers of tools.

7-     WAY FORWARD:

- Workers should come with their own working tools for the moment.
- Needs for water tank to help us in greens garden.
- Dialogue between us and Cattles keepers ongoing to protect our garden.

CONCLUSION

I hope that my regard and what I have written here are all true and next time we need to work hard to do better than the previous one although some difficulties may come across.
