日本の起業家コミュニティにおけるセクシュアルハラスメントの現状を、定量・定性データを併用して分析した研究です。女性起業家の52.4%が過去1年以内に複数のステークホルダーからセクハラを受けたと回答し、その主な加害者は投資家でした。文化的要因や法的保護の不備が、被害の表面化を阻む構造的要因となっていることを示しています。
Our study investigates sexual harassment within Japan's startup community using a mixed-methods approach. Of the female entrepreneurs surveyed, 52.4% reported harassment from multiple stakeholders in the past year, with investors identified as the most frequent perpetrators. We highlight the ways cultural norms and inadequate legal protections contribute to underreporting and perpetuate these issues.
